Kate Middleton turns 30

Happy birthday Kate Middleton!


Ordinary girl Kate Middleton became an oxymoron after all the media attention she gained when a romantic relationship between her and Prince William, Duke of Cambridge, began.


The attention continued to grow tenfold during and after The Royal Wedding and today, Kate is leaving her 20s behind and stepping into her 30s. Kate recently became the patron of four charities - she accepted honorary positions with Action on Addiction, East Anglia's Children's Hospices, the Art Room and the National Portrait Gallery.

While speculation and hundreds of reports have been keeping tabs on her style, weight, marriage with Prince William and them possibly starting a family, we would like to stop to wish the Duchess of Cambridge a very happy birthday this January 9, 2012!

'Proto-Malays the origins of the human race'

  Research in archaeology and genetics could very well prove that the ancient Proto-Malays living in the Sunda Shelf were the ancestors of the human population today. The term Proto-Malay, which translates to Melayu asli (aboriginal Malay) or Melayu purba (ancient Malay), refers to the Mongoloids and Austronesian speakers from mainland Asia who moved to the Malay peninsular and Malay archipelago in a long series of migrations between 2500 and 1500 BC.
