What is CAD?
CAD is an acronym for Computer-aided-design. It is related to 3D modelling, using computing technology.

How to create 3D CAD model?
You can create 3D CAD design using many CAD software. Solid Edge, Autodesk softwares and Google Sketch Up are good examples for CAD softwares. The simplest and the easiest CAD software to handle is Google Sketch Up. Google Skech Up uses push and pull technology.
